Hi everyone, Thank you for checking out my page. My name is Sarah-Jayne Glicksman and I teach Zumba fitness and  childrens Zambatonic in Littlehampton, East Preston, Rustington and Worthing.

Zumba is so much fun , it really is the perfect way to get fit, you don't even realise how hard you are working! I firmly believe that you must love the exercise you are doing to see it through and believe me, once you have experienced a Zumba class you wil be hooked on the energy rush that it gives you.
