If you are really busy and need help quickly our range of practical care advice can help. We’re full of information about the care and support that may be available to you, including whether you could get help paying for care.

The £99 fee includes a 1-hour telephone call from a qualified social work professional with the SOLLA Care Advice Standard, a copy of the ‘My Care Planner’ booklet, a personalised care report which covers later life care and housing options, welfare benefit entitlement and NHS/Local Authority services and funding eligibility.

Knowing what is appropriate and affordable is essential. This 1-hour call and comprehensive summary will help you to understand and navigate the complex care system. It will give you confidence that you are moving forward in the right direction and save you time.

Our Inclusive Consultation ensures our care advice is needs-led, person-centred and tailored to the individual. This is essential if we are to undertake a home care or care home search to find the right care for you.

A face-to-face meeting is arranged with the person requiring care and will include a comprehensive care needs assessment. We also include a financial needs assessment, offer expert advice about specific issues, funding and benefits; referrals to independent financial and legal advice, as appropriate and, having carried out due diligence on these advisors before making recommendations.

Detailed research is undertaken and a comprehensive, personalised report is compiled. This includes:

• Confirmation of the issues to be addressed
• Desired outcomes
• Relevant fact sheets and resources
• Tailored shortlist of recommendations
• Liaison with professionals if necessary
• Travel to and from your chosen venue within a 10-mile radius of Worthing
• Email and telephone support throughout the process
